As a Product Owner at Kapitus, you will help design and deliver the next generation of automation capabilities that power our sales, decisioning and customer experiences. You will act as the “CEO” of your product area, working with engineers, data scientists, and business partners to translate complex financial logic into scalable, automated solutions.
Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders. Manage the backlog and drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals. Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature, monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities, and take full ownership of one product line.
